Primary 5S® tenant Wi-Fi network: Ice 5S Main
Note: This article applies to native 5S® user accounts, not to tenant accounts where the tenant organization's directory integration is in place.
In order to reset the password on your user account, follow these quick steps:
- Navigate to the 5S® network portal
- Click the Forgot Password button
- Enter your email address
- Click the Send Verification button
- Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]. Click the one-time use link in that email.
- Follow the on-screen directions to set your new password
Please remember that, after you change your password, you’ll need to forget and rejoin any devices that you had previously joined to the primary tenant Wi-Fi network, since those devices would still be trying to authenticate with your old password.
